Privacy note

What we collect. When you use the “Request a mobile notary” form, we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give it), ZIP or city, document type, when you need it, and any notes you write. We also store the date and a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, used only to stop spam.

Why. Only to help you get your document notarized.

Who sees it. We share your request only with notaries, and only to fulfill your request. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We store it on Cloudflare.

Your choice. To have your request deleted, email [email protected].

The Find a Mobile Notary search runs in your browser and does not save what you type.
