Notary open now in Dallas: 24/7 and late-night options
Need a notary tonight? Here are the options we could verify from each provider’s own page.
Online notary, 24/7
A Texas online notary meets you by live two-way video, and Texas law lets an online notary charge up to $25 for the online notarization on top of the regular notary fee (Tex. Gov’t Code §406.111). NotaryLive states it offers 24/7 access to a certified online notary (source), and Notarize says a notary is always available, 24/7 (source). Some receiving agencies and countries do not accept online notarizations, so check first. More: online notary in Texas.

Before you book
- Every signer needs an unexpired government-issued photo ID (what ID to bring).
- Do not sign until you are in front of the notary.
- Texas caps the notarial fee itself ($10 first signature on an acknowledgment, $1 each additional; §406.024). Ask for the total, including any travel charge, before you book. See notary fees in Texas.
- Check any notary’s commission in SOS Direct.
